This isn’t about endless cardio or complex routines. You’ll train with intention — using dumbbells or battle ropes, to build lean muscle, increase power, and push your limits. Every workout fuses strength, conditioning, and core in one powerful format that demands discipline and delivers results.
You’ll also follow a whole food nutrition plan designed to support muscle growth while melting away body fat — helping you fuel performance, recover faster, and stay lean, strong, and energised throughout the challenge.
