What can you expect to get from this Six Week Plan?
Ready to take things up a level or two? Then this challenge is for you!
Combining dumbbell weights, resistance training and cardio, you will burn body fat with the primary focus to build lean muscle, strength and stamina.
You will have me as your coach, every step of the journey. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with an Advanced Sports Exercise and Nutritionist qualification. More importantly I have been through this exact same process as you. I know how it feels and have experienced all of the ups and downs you will no doubt experience.
I had given up on the idea of ever achieving a body I was completely happy with. I was in my mid-forties, had recovered from a major back operation and had three kids, yet I got results I never dared to dream were possible.
I will guide you and support you throughout the 6 weeks to achieve your own dreams.
You will receive a workout videos each week showing you the 30 minute fun but challenging exercise plans that need to be completed 4 times that week.
You will complete 2 live workouts (recorded to do on replay) for the other 2 days of that week.
Dumbbells or Resistance Bands are required.

You will receive a simple, but delicious nutrition plan to follow suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.
There are plans available for vegan and vegetarians too.
You can choose either a full food route or Herbalife/food route, your choice.

You will be added to a private community on Facebook, for support and accountability.
I can be messaged at any time for advice or to answer questions.
To track your progress, you will submit weekly photos privately to me. (No one else will see these, unless I have your express permission.)
