Sculpt 2.0 is a results-driven, strength-focused online challenge designed for women 20+ ready to train with purpose and intensity. Whether you're progressing from Menopause Warriors or you are in your 20's and 30's and want to start lifting weights to build your booty and achieve impressive definition, then this 6-week challenge is for you.
You’ll follow a progressive overload training plan built around challenging compound moves like pike push-ups, inverted rows, and renegade presses. Choose your focus—upper or lower body—or hit total-body sessions with 6 workouts per week.
Paired with a tailored, protein-rich nutrition strategy and expert guidance throughout, Sculpt 2.0 is more than a workout plan. It’s a commitment to becoming unapologetically strong—on your terms.

THE PLAN
EXERCISE

You will receive 6 workouts, targeting different muscle groups, with instructional videos that need to be completed daily, with two full rest day each week.

A set of dumbbells or long resistance bands are required

Plus 8-10,000 steps daily

Works well from home or the gym
NUTRITION

You will receive a delicious nutrition plan and recipes to follow suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.

There will be no Ultra Processed Foods on this plan.
