Whether you're progressing from Menopause Warriors or simply ready to level up, this 6-week challenge is your next step toward visible definition, increased strength, and serious confidence.
You’ll follow a progressive overload training plan built around challenging compound moves like pike push-ups, inverted rows, and renegade presses. Choose your focus—upper or lower body—or hit total-body sessions with 6 workouts per week.
Paired with a tailored, protein-rich nutrition strategy and expert guidance throughout, Sculpt 2.0 is more than a workout plan. It’s a commitment to becoming unapologetically strong—on your terms.

THE PLAN
EXERCISE

You will receive 6 workouts, targeting different muscle groups, with instructional videos that need to be completed daily, with two full rest day each week.

A set of dumbbells or long resistance bands are required

Plus 8-10,000 steps daily

Works well from home or the gym
NUTRITION

You will receive a delicious nutrition plan and recipes to follow suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.

There will be no Ultra Processed Foods on this plan.
