I have put together an exercise and nutrition one stop shop! Using all the up-to-date research I will help you take back control and feel like YOU again! Whether you are are on HRT or not, this plan will leave you feeling leaner, fitter and stronger, both physically and mentally. Your body will be getting all the nutrients recommended for us Menopause Warriors whilst the exercises will help build lean muscle essential for boosting our flagging metabolisms. This coupled with cardio for our heart health means this plan will melt away those extra unwanted pounds!

THE PLAN
EXERCISE

You will receive a combination of workout videos and live workouts to be completed 5 times a week.

DumbBells or Resistance Bands are required.

Resistance exercise to build that all important metabolism boosting lean muscle

Cardio for heart health and to burn those extra unwanted pounds!
NUTRITION

You will receive a simple, but delicious nutrition plan to follow, suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.

This plan carefully incorporates the key nutrients known to be either lacking and/or beneficial, specifically for Menopausal women.

You can choose either a full food route or Herbalife/food route, your choice.

There are plans available for vegan and vegetarians too
SUPPORT

You will be added to a private community on Facebook, for support and accountability.

I can be messaged at any time for advice or to answer questions.

To track your progress, you will submit weekly photos privately to me. (No one else will see these, unless I have your express permission.)
