THE PLAN
EXERCISE

You will receive 5 workouts, targeting different muscle groups, with instructional videos that need to be completed daily, with two full rest day each week.

A set of dumbbells or long resistance bands are required

Aim to also complete 8-10,000 steps daily

NUTRITION

You will receive a delicious nutrition plan and recipes to follow suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.
