About the event
What can you expect to get from this Six Week Body Transformation?
You will have me as your coach, every step of the journey. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with an Advanced Sports Exercise and Nutritionist qualification. I will guide you and support you throughout the 6 weeks to achieve your own dreams in the following way:
Welcome pack with all the information you need about the plan
You will receive a demo workout video each week showing you the 30 minute fun but challenging exercise plans that need to be completed 4 times a week, with 2 live workout (also recorded) for the other 2 days.
You will receive a simple, but delicious nutrition plan to follow suitable for seasoned and beginner cooks.
Recipe book with lots of healthy and nutricious breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas
