What can you expect to get from this Six Week Belly Fat Busting Walking Plan?
You will have me as your coach, every step of the journey. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with an Advanced Sports Exercise and Nutritionist qualification. I will guide you and support you throughout the 6 weeks to achieve your own dreams in the following way:

The Walking Plan incorporating three different types of walking exercise, which gradually builds up the the proven, belly busting total of 150-210 minutes a day
